Who we are
Fast Trade is a food and consumer goods distributor headquartered in Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt (commercial register no. 64336). For any question about your data, email info@fasttrade.eg.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email address, company or shop name, governorate and area, the brands or services you are interested in, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the language you used and how you found our site (for example Google, Facebook or a link someone shared).
Why we use it
To reply to you and follow up on your request, such as arranging a visit, a first order, a partnership or a job application. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the Fast Trade staff who handle requests. To run the website we use these service providers: Supabase, which stores the messages on servers in the European Union (Ireland); Resend, which emails our team when a message arrives; Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam; and Google Analytics, which shows us how many people visit the site, without your name or contact details.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them. Email info@fasttrade.eg and we will reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
